Unexpected system-wide outage from 11:00 pm ET (8/13/25) until 3:00 am ET (8/14/25)

Strongroom experienced an unexpected system-wide outage overnight due to a widespread Microsoft Azure outage. The impact started around 11:00 pm ET (8/13/25) and ended around 3:00 am ET (8/14/25).

AvidXchange teams worked alongside Microsoft overnight to resolve this issue and application uptime has been fully restored.

While we have not received any reports of this disrupting any active user sessions, this did impact several automated processes that were scheduled to run overnight, including several accounting system integrations. Our teams are currently working diligently to run those manually and restore "business as usual" operations.
